Our suite was wonderful - comfortable and the staff at the hotel made sure that we had everything we needed close at hand (including a personalized note welcoming us from the manager, a sweet snack, well-stocked bar, luxury robes, big shower, and generous amounts of soap, shampoo and conditioner).

2. Upon our arrival, the morning hotel manager on 8/13 made an arrangement so all of us had a very comfortable stay.

4. , Hotel Andra's Sales & Marketing Manager, who coordinated the whole weekend, made sure the weekend went flawlessly, and helped make sure our wedding night was extra special with flowers, champagne, etc in our room that evening.

5. We want to acknowledge Justin for his amazing guest service (remembering our names, hailing cabs within seconds, remembering where we were going and where we had been) as a manager myself it is team members such as he that bring customers back, service, service, service.

6. I was disappointed the bathtubs have been removed in some rooms in the renovation, but the manager has noted we prefer one with a tub for next year, and I'm glad that is an option.
