at the desk welcomed us warmly, accepted our transfer letter from the Fairmont with no question and put us in a non-smoking room with sufficient space for the 3 of us.

I can`t say enough about the
manager
of this hotel because he or she must set an awesome leadership example to have EVERYONE so focused on service from the front desk clerks, the maids who clean the rooms, and the valet guys.
