6. At check-out, the front desk clerk gave us great directions to the airport avoiding the parade route, which contradicted the bellman's directions from the previous night which actually crossed the parade route.

We were waiting at the Concierge desk for just a few minutes behind a couple receiving directions, when the Concierge leaned over and said to us very rudely: 'I'm finishing with this group and then I have to go, can you see if the front desk can help you?' I told her the line at the front desk was long and she seemingly rolled her eyes and said 'I'll be right with you'.
