1. The desk staff was very helpful in recommending restaurants and providing good directions when we chose to use the car.

2. GREAT view of Lake Union (WHY stay on the south side I say) clean rooms, comfortable beds - nice restaurants close by AND free parking, free shuttle van with the friendliest drivers.

3. In fact, Chandler's restaurant was so good, we ate there twice, so the walk back to the hotel gave us a bit of exercise after several wonderful meals and I felt safe in the area.

10. There are also some good restaurants nearby, we ate at a seafood place called Duke's Chowder House and it was delicious (there's also a crab house and sushi place very close to the hotel).
