Positives are the helpful staff, free parking (a big plus!) convenient location near the street car station and restaurants of South Lake Union, refrigerator and coffee maker in the room, Aveda amenities, the well equipped fitness facility, indoor pool complimentary newspaper and complimentary breakfast.

9. Staff was very friendly, the have a shuttle service that brings you to Seattle center or downtown, so you can leave the car in the free (!) parking lot of the hotel (although you can walk it, about 30 minutes to Space Needle, but shuttle service is complimentary).
