1. The benefits are that the room rates are competitive and certainly better than the overpriced and bloated full amenity hotels up the street.

10. Upon check out, most guests are likely shocked that there is at least another 30 - 35% tacked on to the room rate through a myriad of taxes -- even if you get a good room rate, expect to budget for at least 1/3 more in taxes.
