The benefits are that the room
rate
s are competitive and certainly better than the overpriced and bloated full amenity hotels up the street.

They have the best pet
rate
in the area (only $10/night, compared to other Marriotts in the area that were going for $50-100 per stay).

We have also stayed at the Silver Cloud and the University Inn on previous trips to Seattle and would
rate
them better as well.
"I hope this is not the 14th best hotel in Seattle....bad beds, poor houskeeping, rude staff, breakfast without plates. "

When we arrived at the Residence Inn without the proper reservation, they were pretty booked up but worked hard to not only get us in but to give us the best possible
rate
.

You can save a lot by not dining out every night, and given the level of comfort, I think this hotel
rate
s among one of the best values in Seattle.

Upon check out, most guests are likely shocked that there is at least another 30 - 35% tacked on to the room
rate
through a myriad of taxes -- even if you get a good room
rate
, expect to budget for at least 1/3 more in taxes.
