3. With the standard elements of predictable architecture, decor and inclusive breakfast done quite well, the enhancements are a marvelous view of Lake Union (a much appreciated upgrade) and great location for exploring all that funky Seattle has to offer.

4. It's in a good location and there's an inexpensive streetcar nearby that you can take into the heart of downtown (I chose to leave the car at the hotel.

This hotel was perfect for us - excellent location to downtown Seattle, huge room that allowed our family to spread out and have the personal space necessary for a week away from home :c) We booked a 2 bed/2 bath and were lucky enough to get a room that had a huge balcony that overlooked Lake Union.
