7. The bellhop service was great - he unpacked our car, brought our cart up to our room, unloaded our luggage from the cart, hung up our coats, put our shoes in the closet, and showed us the tricks and treats of the room.

10. Someone from guest services was there immediately on the first night to help remedy the problem, but the only solution was to install the same, cheap, ineffective mattress pad style, too small to stay on a deeper mattress.
