1. Portofino: a gormet northern Italian/Hawaiian restaurant sharing the seaside building with Dukes but on the 2nd story overlooking the ocean - food gormet and delicious as advertized.

7. We were on the third floor, and although we did have an 'ocean view', I'm not sure its worth the extra price for the third floor just to 'see' the ocean (it's not like it's right out your door).

8. The 2nd and 3rd floor rooms are entered from the rear (where there is a 3 story waterfall), with lanais facing the front, with ocean views in the distance.
