1. They were especially helpful, with regards to places to not pass up, they know all of the really great places on the island and the best beaches and what to expect at each of them.

2. The best thing was the little extras like dvd player in the room with a dvd libery in the check in room (with free popcorn), beach towels and boogy boords to borrow and cookies or cakes in the morning.
