5. Valet parking is fast, friendly and efficient - we had a black car which was always left in the shade somewhere and the valet team were great for giving directions to local amenities - really very helpful.

THE GOOD: Our experience at Sam's has been characterized by clean rooms; clean, albeit smoky public spaces; friendly, accommodating staff from the valet to the maid service; and good dining options that range from the cheap (McDonald's), to mid-range (TGI Friday's, and a large buffet that runs from $10 to $18 depending on meal and night), and a nice steak house.
