4. I saw a few ants creeping around on the inside of the window sill, right where the bed was, so I just prayed nothing crawled on me at night.

8. We pointed out to an employee that there was mildew on one of the bed linens,(she replied that it is damp on the Hiolo side), and that there were stains on some other bed linens, ('we just washed them, it must be oil').
