4. i have no problem paying for pleasure and 5 star service, but the FS hualalai makes you feel you need to examine every bill and that they care more about taking your money than helping a customer relax and enjoy the vaca.

6. We did eat at the hotel most of the time and this was mostly at our expense, so we still left with a pretty hefty bill at the end of the week even though we did not pay for the room.

7. Ridiculous I know, but if you could have seen our view from our table you wouldn't think twice about the bill.
