4. This motel is adjacent to Autozone and two blocks from Beale Street and the Fedex Forum, on the same street as Sun Studios, within walking distance of the riverfront and downtown, and less than a mile from the MLK Jr.

6. The location was brilliant couldn't have been better, was right next to the greyhound station, and 2 streets from Beale Street, also within walking distance to Sun Studios, the bus to Graceland and the river etc..

7. you get free parking outside your room and you only have to walk 3 blocks and you are in Beale Street.
