1. This motel is adjacent to Autozone and two blocks from Beale Street and the Fedex Forum, on the same street as Sun Studios, within walking distance of the riverfront and downtown, and less than a mile from the MLK Jr.

5. I have stayed at the Kings Court many times and found it to be clean, convenient to Beale Street and everything downtown Memphis and do not understand some of the negative reviews.
