3. The minor improvement I'd suggest is to make sure and have working TV remotes, but that is only thing I could say would make my next stay better.

4. The location was brilliant couldn't have been better, was right next to the greyhound station, and 2 streets from Beale Street, also within walking distance to Sun Studios, the bus to Graceland and the river etc.

6. If you want to be in dowtown memphis (5 min walk to Beale Street and the heart of Memphis) you will not get better than this.
