1. The staff are really nice but on your way to your room you will see what I mean, the decor is dated as are the rooms with a 1970s feel.

7. Although my reserved room was not acceptable (too musty and run down) the staff was extremely accommodating and relocated me to another room overlooking the pool and gardens.
