2. They do have a nice restaurant on site and while our 4-some was eating, the marketing manager stopped by and asked if we would fill out a questionnaire and he would pick up our breakfast tab so we were very pleased with that.

4. I show him the reservation with all the informations of the website, the definition of the executive room : supposed to be a renovated room, floor between 2 and 5, king bed, pool view, etc. But the manager keep telling me that he gave me an executive room.

5. I spoke with 3 different people on the phone over several hours and although all 3 promised to call me back after they checked with the manager, housekeeping supervisor and the maid who cleaned our room we still have not been contacted yet and that's been a week.
