1. Checking in & out went fine and there was plenty of space to park the car (note, there's a charge!) There was a nice big pool but as we came to see the city we didn't have the chance to use it.

2. There is a shuttle that eliminates the need to drive to Universal, and after a long day with the kids, the shuttle drives you back to the hotel, free of charge.
