2. So we called housekeeping and they came and changed the sheets on both beds and cleaned the bathroom.

4. There were only a few bumps during our stay - the room was nice and there were fresh sheets on the bed (the beds are heavenly, very comfortable and mounds of pillows) but the room was not as clean as I would expect from a hotel charging those prices.

7. During my entire stay, the room service staff simply re-hung dirty, make-up stained wash cloths and towels that I left on the floor and the sheets were never changed.

My second problem (as if thats not enough) was when the maid came to our door ,she asked If I needed 'service' I replied that I needed my bed sheets changed she then promptly handed me sheets and said 'thank you for no service' that really ticked me off when I go vacation I expect not to have to change my own sheets.
