3. They will do anything from make reservations at any restaurant anywhere, order up cars, help with car rentals, etc. One of these divinely helpful people even bought me tickets to Universal Studios - Disney's arch competitor.

4. You're also RIGHT there if you want to do character breakfast at Chef Mickeys (downstairs) and the California Grill (upstairs - with great fireworks views) is really one of the best adult restaurants in all of Disney World (older kids are welcome too).

6. They had a huge book containing all the menus for every single restaurant across the whole of Disneyworld and we were able to book alternatives for every day.

7. Enjoyed staying in a renovated room overlooking Bay Lake---Concierge very helpful--10 minute walk to Magic Kingdom very convenient--The Wave restaurant in the hoterl had good food and decent service.
