We used the second sink as storage space and loved that there were extra closets, a big fridge, nice TV, computer, etc. Husband liked that the 'contemporary' decorations (vase, bowl ,etc) were bolted down, as they looked fragile and he was afraid that our kids would knock them over and break them.
