The location is just perfect and down the

from a lot of other good hotels like Shore Club, Natinal, Raleigh, and Loes.

We walked down collins avenue in shock and came across the National hotel on the other side of the
street
where the concierge was very helpful in trying to get us another room somewhere (not an easy task on New Years Eve weekend) - in fact we ended up taking a suite at the National as we just wanted to finish our holiday on a high.

I was worried after reading reviews of hotels on South Beach, but was very happy with the experience - Great pool!- across the
street
from the beach, quiet, nothing stolen, no hidden fees, very satisfied.

This location is in good walking distance from South Beach but Lincoln Road is right around the corner which was a really cool
street
to hang out on and eat.
