5. great to have our own kitchenette for drinks and breakfast food etc. when we returned to miami on the hectic memorial day sunday we were accomodated in a first floor suite like a small apartment.

6. bad: the AC froze and needed to be replaced (luckily, was done shortly after complaint), TV wasn't clear (too much static), pool wasn't very maintained, food was not available 24/7 (only for breakfast and lunch).
