5. The Dorchester is a perfectly average hotel, which makes it difficult to justify the $200 a night they charged for the room over the President's Day weekend, or the nickel and dime'ing that went along with it -- $14 for a margarita from the bar, $12 for internet access, and a $1 per bag charge to check luggage(!).
