1. Also, when I booked the reservation, I also asked if we could check in around 9:00am since we would be arriving from a cruise that morning at 8:00am (I also asked that a note be entered with our reservation about the importance of this).

5. Upon arrival, the rooms were not ready for check-in and once they were ready the entire reservation was screwed up.

7. The front desk staff is very pleasant and helpful and as usual (this was our third stay here) we got assigned a room immediately upon arrival although it was several hours before check-in.
