1. Everything was clean and in excellent shape, and even though they said that they only cleaned the rooms on the weekend by request, they straightened up our room and provided clean towels even though we did not request it.

6. They have a police to only fully clean your room once a week - during weekdays they will only replace towels, take off trash and do the beds, and they won't do anything on weekends.

8. The pool was lovely, there were towels available on the back of the chairs, there is shade and actual cabanas with mattresses to lay on, which usually you only find at 4-5 star resorts only.

10. Downsides, not many, just had to ask for linens to make up the sofabed after arriving (at midnight) and having to constantly ask for more towels and washclothes from housekeeping everyday (rooms are for 4 people but they leave only enough for 2?) Overall though, very good.
