1. All of the staff we encountered were friendly, and apart from the pool all was clean.

4. I guess that if you want to be in a casino hotel it would fall short, but as a non-gambler with two teens, the excellent facilities, kitchenette, massive bathroom and superb outdoor pool, combined with a phenomenal 50% price discount, make it a superb location.
