2. Even though we were gone for a 5-6 hour window mid-day, our room was not yet cleaned when we returned so we had to just get fresh towels on our own by calling the front desk (they arrived within minutes) and deal with the existing bedding.

Some of the highlights, or rather, some of the lowlights included: the inability to locate a package (of some of our time-sensative exhibiting material) that sat at the hotel for two days while they 'searched' for it, dirty bath towels (complete with random stains and hairs), two broken lightbulbs in the room, a broken toilet paper dispenser, mismatched toiletries, a sizable hole in the bedroom wall and a staff made up of the b-squad.

8. The carpets were a bit shabby and had a big stain in one spot, and some of the towels were a bit old-looking, but overall the room was clean and fresh-smelling with all the amenities you could need.
