6. Spent 3 days at hotel recently; 'suite' with paint flaking off wall, dirty drinking glasses; safe inoperable, poor attitude of bell staff; parking wait poor; dirty brown-black drinking running water in bathroom for several hours on one morning--'everybody complaining-we are working on it'; a/c unit not cooling; on the bright side the hotel operator and front desk staff were extremely helpful; contacted after leaving not by the manager but the room coordinator who did discount the bill for the poor service; room service was good; resturant around the block-'Peasants' was excellent.
