1. The front desk staff on check-in seemed a little tired and disinterested but other employees were freely and helpful through out my stay.

4. The check-in staff stood around talking and gossiping for 5 minutes while we stood there waiting to get checked in.

But there were some down points as well; the front-desk clerk at check-in was unintelligible due to his heavy accent, the enclosed atrium tends to amplify noises within (there was a large contingent of high school aged people at the hotel during the weekend days of my stay), the vehicle valet fee borders on outlandish, and the lack of in-room wireless internet is deplorable.

6. We weren't able to check-in early, however, I can't get too upset about that.

7. But when I did try to check in again at 3, the room still wasn't ready and they said they would call us to let us know when the room is ready.

8. After not receiveing a phone call that our room was ready early, I proceeded to the front desk at the regular check in time of 3 pm, our room was still not ready, housekeeping was again the problem.

9. We were disappointed with this hotel mainly because we tried to check in early, around 1:30 pm and our room was not ready, which was kind of a surprise, because we have never had that happen before at the two previous Embassy Suites we have stayed at, we always could check in early.

10. My wife and I celebrated our 20 year anniversary, and arriving to check in on Feb 7th, we were greeted by 'Iverston' at the front desk.
