In particular Saiqua, the front desk manager was extremely helpful and went out of her way in arranging a cab ride for our family, a pick up in town with the complimentary Doubletree shuttle(even stopping so we could pick up some lunch to go) and arranging a car service to take us to the Newark airport.

6. The hotel is right off of Route 1 with free and ample parking minutes away from downtown Princeton and close to shopping centers and restaurants (like TGIF, Applebee's, etc.) The hotel has a shuttle service- how it works (If you have to sign up for it in advance) I don't know- we didn't use it.

However, the reason this only got a 4 is my wake-up call never came (this should NEVER happen at a hotel) and the shuttle took me to the wrong place for my work (even though I pointed this out to the driver, she insisted she was right and I was wrong-though nicely--but she was wrong and I had to walk a third of a mile with luggage to the correct building).
