1. I was greeted with a warm cookie and friendly smile from the front desk person, let me tell you, a much better reception compared to the Avis rental car people.

In particular Saiqua, the front desk manager was extremely helpful and went out of her way in arranging a cab ride for our family, a pick up in town with the complimentary Doubletree shuttle(even stopping so we could pick up some lunch to go) and arranging a car service to take us to the Newark airport.

3. The only thing they missed on one stay was forgetting to put the two complimentary water bottles in the room on check-in, which the front desk quickly corrected.
