1. Front desk staff were not particularly helpful, polite or accurate at check-in and failed to make changes to our checkout date - luckily when checking another issue the following day, we realized the date had not been changed.

2. This was annoying to me because my checkout wasn't until 11am or 12pm, so why in the world would the maid do this.
