1. The lobby is gorgeous, the hallways feature original art, the rooms are beautifully appointed with luxury baths.

2. It turns a 'vacation' hotel - where you are comfortable in your flip flops and bathing suits - into a 'business' hotel, where everyone is in suits and on their cells and strewn all over the hotel on their laptops, and this is not what you go away and spend $400++ to have to see all the time.

3. Our bellman brought a crib up to our room immediately that was filled with baby toiletries like shampoo, bubble bath, and even a rubber ducky--nice touch.
