1. We have a toddler, so being able to park in the basement and take the elevator to our room was a huge plus.

2. Most hotels in the area either charge through the nose (plus tips) for valet parking, or you have to park at a municipal lot and pay each time you leave and come back, not to mention walk to your hotel from there.
