1. This hotel is situated on Collins avenue, parallel to this street on one side is ocean drive which contain nice bar and restaurents, most of them facing the ocean and on the other side is washington street which contain the best clubs on south beach.

5. I guess the main thing is the beach is 1 block over on Ocean Drive and the main strip of nightlife is straight down Collins Ave within 5-10 minutes walking or so.
