1. This hotel is situated on Collins avenue, parallel to this street on one side is ocean drive which contain nice bar and restaurents, most of them facing the ocean and on the other side is washington street which contain the best clubs on south beach.

10. Only issues were the under-hotel parking only accomodates cars (my fault for driving a large truck) and the street noise (if you are overly sensitive, this could be an issue; it goes with being in the "lively" part of town.
