1. The beach was accross the street(very nice), overall the neighborhood was quiet, met alot of nice people.

6. This was our first trip to Miami Beach, and we found the beach area here (1 block from hotel) to be the nicest of several areas we visited (better than south beach area and north area 45th street) - great snorkeling opportunities.
