2. When I opened the door to the rooms I amlost burst out crying from disappontment but instead marched downstairs and demanded a refund so that I could find another hotel.

3. At 11pm, after no sleep in 2 days we checked out of the hotel and demanded a refund and for them to find us a new hotel.
