1. A fast efficient welcome by Carlos the Front Desk, to the Courteous Housekeeping staff, who made sure my room was clean on a daily basis.

2. This would not be the place to visit for the pool scene because it was non-existent and the outdoor area served more as a break room for the housekeeping staff.

3. Housekeeping and the managers seem to work all of the South Beach Group's hotels so don't expect to speak to a manager or get towels at 3am.

4. The next day housekeeping didn't show up until 6:15 PM and when she did show up she just did a basic clean, left clean towels and didn't even change our pillowcases.
