3. The manager was unhelpful and rude when trying to diffuse the situation and didnt seem to have a valid reason for the charge, since we had not signed any of the books that allow use of said hotel equipment.

4. They do serve breakfast for an additional charge, but I wouldn't recommend it in that there are so many other options within walking distance that one can enjoy.

9. The people who work at the front desk are rude and not helpful, the 'beach chairs' weren't usable, they never had beach towels, and on the site it says there's a $7.50 per day charge for those things, and it was really $10.
