1. After quiet a discussion at the front desk we could convience the staff to exclude that amount from our bill, the question remains why we were having that amount on our bill at all.

3. Location of this hotel is fab, its only a couple of blocks from the beach and smack bang in the middle of the art deco district so its walking distance from lots of restaurants, clubs, bars etc. The front desk staff were efficient and the lobby was clean and attractive.

6. The front desk staff are helpful and friendly - and we came back to the Carlton after a two-week tour of the Keys and Naples - it's not particularly luxurious but the general vibe and location is good.
