1. They don't have daily maid service, you have to pay extra, which I did, but really all that meant was, they made the bed, and brought fresh towels.

3. You're entitled to use their beach and facilities (except the pool, which honestly ain't that great looking and their towels, which you can just grab from the Westin before you go).

5. The only negative experience we'd encounter was not being informed that the guests who own timeshares or are part of the AmEx promotion receive a different cleaning package, which allows only 1 tidying up (basically, change of towel) during the whole stay.

6. When we took the shuttle I wasn't expecting much until they showed a video in the van that said Westin guests had 'exclusive' use of the chairs on the grass over there and that attendants would bring you free tidbits and cold towels.

7. The bathroom was huge and featured a jacuzzi tub, glass shower, and plenty of jumbo towels plus bathrobes and nice shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and soap.
