4. On arrival, they encourage you to visit the concierge with a free gift (lame tote bag) and a little lottery to see if you've won a free activity or something (we didn't).

10. Please note that this resort offers timeshares but you are under no obligation to take a tour and we smiled and declined to the nice concierge who booked our sightseeing.
