1. The price is great for New York, so if you want to spend your money on everything New York has to offer rather than the ground rent of your hotel building, and can bear a little extra travelling time, which will be outweighed by all of the peace and quiet provided at the Westin, the definitely stay here and save your money.

9. It took a very long time for room service to bring a shower cap (had to call 3 times), one of the concierges who helped us could have volunteered some info to us about trains & attractions that would have saved us time and money (he was a man, the female concierge was extremely helpful).
