2. Can't beat the location - close to Joe Louis Arena and Cobo Hall, close to downtown attractions, close to tram station to get to the Greektown Casino, and we discovered this year they even have a complimentary shuttle service.

3. The complimentary breakfast only includes a 'continental' @ the hotel restaurant, the only down side I can think of.

4. Nice sitting area with uncomfortable (hardly a deal-breaker) sofa and a couple of chairs, TV, fridge and microwave as well as complimentary coffee and tea.
