2. I don't understand the negative posts - the hotel is clean, the staff is helpful, the rates are reasonable, the neighborhood seemed safe, parking was free, all the rooms have a fridge and microwave, and we had no problems of any kind with our stay.

3. Yes the parking is minimal, especially for those weekends, but that should not be a factor in whether to stay here or not.
