4. Overall, this hotel is very nice that offers all of the basic amenites needed for a nice stay in the New Orleans area without the expense from downtown(French Quarter, Garden District, New Orleans East).

9. I don't understand the negative posts - the hotel is clean, the staff is helpful, the rates are reasonable, the neighborhood seemed safe, parking was free, all the rooms have a fridge and microwave, and we had no problems of any kind with our stay.

10. It's just a short drive to the French Quarter and other New Orleans attractions, and is much cheaper than French Quarter and downtown New Orleans hotels.
