1. Overall, this hotel is very nice that offers all of the basic amenites needed for a nice stay in the New Orleans area without the expense from downtown(French Quarter, Garden District, New Orleans East).

2. It's just a short drive to the French Quarter and other New Orleans attractions, and is much cheaper than French Quarter and downtown New Orleans hotels.
